These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Northlight Systems Inc.’s (“Northlight”) services, including your Northlight account and the apps connected to it.

Northlight grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.

The service enables users to initiate actions within applications they have access to. The service executes actions based on user-initiated requests, through the accounts and apps you connect.

3. Data Processing

Northlight processes data necessary to provide the service, including user prompts, outputs, and limited metadata. Additional details are described in Northlight’s Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate authorization to access and use connected systems, for reviewing actions initiated through the service, and for complying with applicable laws and policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or use the service in a manner that could harm others or degrade the service.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Northlight makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northlight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Northlight’s total liability will not exceed $100.

8. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate your use of the service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must stop using the service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to use the other party’s non-public information solely to provide and use the service and not disclose it to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the State of Delaware.
